Shipping Policy

At CloudCloth we aim to deliver your purchases in a timely and secure manner. We use Royal Mail for all our shipments, both within the UK and internationally. Please take a moment to read our shipping details below:

  1. Shipping within the UK

We offer the following Royal Mail shipping options to ensure flexibility for our customers:

    Royal Mail Tracked 24: Fully tracked service with delivery the next working day.

    Royal Mail Tracked 48: Fully tracked service with delivery in 2-3 working days.

    Royal Mail Special Delivery: Fully Tracked service with next day delivery before 1pm if ordered    before 2pm the day before.

Discounted Shipping: We offer a discount of 50% on all shipping costs with each order.

  1. International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail's international services. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International Tracked & Signed: A tracked and signed-for service that offers additional security.

Delivery aim:

Europe: 3-5 working days

Rest of the world: 5-7 working days

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates for international orders are based on the destination and the size/weight of the package. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  1. Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days Monday to Friday and 2 Business Days at the Weekend from receiving your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs and import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

  1. Tracking Your Order

For orders shipped using Royal Mail Tracked or International Tracked & Signed services, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

 6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at catherine@cloudcloth.co.uk with your order number and we’ll assist you in tracking your order.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.

  1. Lost or Damaged Items

While we strive to ensure that your items arrive safely, we cannot control every aspect of the shipping process. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us within 5 days of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
