We understand everyone’s skin is unique and therefore should be treated as such. It’s also completely normal to change your mind. The bottom line is that if you’re not 100% happy – neither are we! 

  • If you change your mind, just pop it back to us and we’ll send you a free refund
  • If you use your CloudCloth and don’t like it, just pop it back to us and we’ll send you a full refund
  • If you decide it’s not right for your skin, just pop it back to us and we’ll send you a full refund

What's the catch?

There isn't one! We know you're going to love it and we're that proud and confident of the CloudCloth®.

You can only return one opened pack of CloudCloths.

So if you get our 3 x Triple Pack of CloudCloths; make sure you just open one of the packs and return the other two unopened.

Returning your CloudCloth®

In the unlikely event that you want to return your CloudCloth® 3 Pack and claim a refund, you must contact us at hello@cloudcloth.co.uk within 30 days of purchasing. When returning your product, all we ask is that:

  • The product is returned with its original packaging
  • Your proof of purchase is included
  • Unless your CloudCloth® is faulty, you will need to pay for return postage

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment details used to purchase the CloudCloth®.
