Returning your CloudCloth®
In the unlikely event that you want to return your CloudCloth® 3 Pack and claim a refund, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchasing. When returning your product, all we ask is that:
- The product is returned with its original packaging
- Your proof of purchase is included
- Unless your CloudCloth® is faulty, you will need to pay for return postage
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment details used to purchase the CloudCloth®.
